WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS: Good or Dangerous?

 I believe it's ok for a deaf man to decide not to be a "beggar" but get productive. Anyway, is driving a Keke a good idea, since he won't be able to hear the horn of other vehicles and may not know when someone his shouting to save him from danger. A lady entered his Keke and he took her to her destination.

So, do you guys think it's good for him to be driving or he should look for something less risky to do?
